Being a family run business, when we found out about Linkedin’s ‘Bring In Your Parents’ Day we were thrilled to get involved!

Did you know 1 in 3 parents doesn’t know what their child does at work, these are statistics that we, alongside a number of other businesses around the country are trying to change!

BIYP day commenced on the 6th November 2014 and we had a lot planned for the lucky parents that got to visit the Personnel Checks office, think cake, quizzes and an exclusive tour! Our main aim of the day was for our parents to find out exactly what we do on a day to day basis and give them an excuse to be even prouder of us whilst getting to meet our colleagues!

The day was a great success, the parents got the chance to take over our Twitter accounts and Jodie’s Dad even answered a few calls! Everyone who attended said they loved the offices and felt really welcome, they also loved getting the chance to see what their son or daughter did for the company and are already asking about coming back!
