Here at Personnel Checks we understand the importance of excellent customer service and the impact it can have on a business. All members of the team, whether they are DBS Advisors or Compliance Administrators, speak to customers all day, every day and we are proud of the consistent high level of customer service we offer.

Therefore, we encourage feedback and reviews from customers on the company, service and even ourselves. This will help us all learn where we excel and where there is room for improvement.

A review that was received this week was from Monica, a customer that I had the pleasure of speaking with.

The Situation

Monica is completing an application using our online system, sadly she had not been able to log into the system successfully and called the team at 5:20pm. During our telephone conversation I located the application and issued new log in details.

I also provided my email address so that if the email with the details was not received and the telephone line closed at 5:30pm she could still reach me. It was important to me that I made sure she was able to log in and get the form completed as soon as possible.

I happily waited for a confirmation that she either had logged in or needed further help. The good news was that the new log in details worked and she was able to complete the form. She kindly notified me by email afterwards and I was able to go home knowing that I had made a difference.
