Have you passed a knowledge test within the last 12 months?
If you haven't, you are required to obtain this before you can apply for the DBS Check.
Will you be able to provide proof that you have a National Insurance number?
If you cannot provide proof of your National Insurance number, you will not be able to apply for your DBS Check or your Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver Licence
Have you held a full UK Driver's Licence (not Provisional) granted under Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1972 for over 12 months?
If you haven't held a full UK Driving Licence for 12 months, you will not be able to proceed with the DBS Check or Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver Licence Application.
Will you be able to provide proof of your right to work and live in the UK?

Please organise this as soon as possible as this will be a requirement when applying for your Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver Licence.
